Professional Education Classes - Management Skills
The Stepping Up to Management course provides the participant with the information, insight and self-discovery necessary when preparing for a possible supervisory role. This process begins with a basic exploration of management and builds upon this foundation by creating tools the participant can use to make the transition to a formal leadership role. The benefit to the participant is a clear understanding of the responsibilities of management and an opportunity to pursue a management role.
