Evening at Emory - Fine Arts
Designed for photographers who are relatively new to the digital photography world, this course is an introduction into the workflow and processing of digital images. Gain hands-on experience with importing images as well as basic retouching and color correcting techniques. Learn how to set up a digital darkroom properly, browse and rate images in Adobe Bridge, and make basic adjustments to photographs using Camera Raw. Textbook is not included.

After this class, you will be able to
- Understand color settings, color workspace and why calibrating your monitor is important.
- Understand and use digital file workflow methods including importing raw files, file conversion, renaming, and applying keywords.
- Effectively make basic adjustments to your photographs.
- Create a basic web template using your photography work.
- Utilize Smart Objects transport images from Camera Raw into Photoshop.
