TALIA JOHNSON

Talia is a Yale University graduate with consultative sales experience who believes in the benefits of continually expanding the self and the value of developing employees in order to enhance overall organizational value.  Her previous experience in technology sales also gives her an insider’s perspective on technological companies and their unique challenges. 

Our team is enhanced by Talia’s expertise in developing needs-analysis solutions, building relationships with client partners, and identifying strengths and opportunities through goal discussions.  Talia’s interpersonal and relational skills are an asset as she works closely with prospects and clients to develop a holistic plan for developing their people. 

 

JOLEEN LEDGER

Joleen has been Account Manager at Emory Corporate Learning since August 2008.  She meets professional learning needs by managing client relations and class operations, walking clients through the process of class coordination, scheduling, and logistics from start to finish, as well as linking clients with expert instructors.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and support to our team and to our clients.

Joleen earned her M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership from Brenau University and has had work experience in both the corporate and educational arenas.  The corporate arena gave her exposure to how organizations operate functionally, and her experience at several private educational institutions as instructor, administrator, records manager, and publications editor over the past ten years has enhanced her passion for learning and development.  Feel free to call Joleen if you have general questions about how Emory Corporate Learning can serve you.


HEATHER ROSS
Program Coordinator

Heather coordinates all aspects of material production and delivery, as well as invoicing, accounts payable, and payment inquiries. She not only helps facilitate instructor-led educational programs, but she aids clients through the end of the client relation lifecycle.  Heather brings to our team her four years of educational administration experience, an analytical, yet creative mind, expertise in event planning, and her dedication to serving the needs of the clients with whom she works. 

As Alumni Coordinator at The Art Institute of Dallas in Dallas, Texas, she played an instrumental part in starting and developing the Alumni Association, and she worked closely with various businesses and art organizations to provide networking opportunities.  At Georgia State University, she worked as the Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Center for Behavioral Neuroscience, coordinating all aspects of educational events and research programs.  Heather has a BA in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia.

DR. GARY CRUZE

Dr. Cruze is an educator and training professional who is passionate about personal and professional development.  Dr. Cruze brings over 30 years of experience of higher education leadership, HR development, and corporate learning, which allows him to confidently and knowledgeably support our clients by determining appropriate solutions to business needs and aligning programs with business goals and strategies. 

Dr. Cruze earned his EdD in Adult and Higher Education from Arizona State University and has held multiple university administrative positions, faculty, and leadership appointments at both public and private institutions. He also managed corporate learning for an engineering & technology Fortune 100 company for 10 years.  He has conducted hundreds of employee training programs, provides coaching services for all levels of management, and focuses on developing leadership skills and talent management in multiple settings. 

JAN RATTIA

In 2006, Jan Rattia came to Emory Corporate Learning to work in business development.  Within his first few months at Emory, Jan’s contributions in process improvement and business opportunity identification led to record-breaking growth with new and existing accounts.  Driven by his passion for training and development, Jan now works as Manager of Corporate Learning, leading his team to provide learning solutions to Fortune 500 and other members of Atlanta’s business community.   

Previously recognized for his solutions-oriented and innovative approach to business expansion and organizational development, Jan’s experience is also well grounded in international business, in which he earned his B.A., He subsequently worked for a global technology provider where he had responsibility for 14 countries.  His bicultural and multilingual abilities often provide a unique perspective to our business.
