Don't Be A Victim — Self Defense Basics

Learn street-smart self-defense and survival techniques in a comfortable and controlled setting. Students will be taught the basics in self-defense to remove themselves from threatening/deadly attack holds endangering their lives. Students will learn to defend against: bear-hugs, headlocks, neck chokes, pulling/grabbing of clothes/hair/hand and ground attacks. Counterattack techniques will also be taught to ensure a get-away once released after using self-defense. Practice with fellow students and the instructor. Get a better understanding on how to assess the danger level and react quickly. No discounts. Limited to 24.
