Biography
LINDA ROBINSON is a training consultant and Career Coach with more than twenty years of experience in human resource development. She has created and facilitated workshops and seminars for a diverse group of organizations, including the American Management Association, the Carter Presidential Center, Consumers Union – Consumer Report Magazine, the Peace Corps, A T& T, BellSouth, Dupont, Sears, the Center for Disease Control, F.D.I.C, the U.S. Department of Education, The Office of Civil Rights, the United Way, the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Meeting Planners International, Yerkes Primate Research Center, Coca Cola Enterprises, the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Jewish Vocational Services, and Emory University. Ms. Robinson's areas of expertise include career and life planning, team building, conflict resolution, Myers Briggs Personality Type, diversity, cross-functional communication, change management, effective interpersonal communication, and time and meeting management. In addition, she provides individual career assessment and coaching services with an emphasis on career transition for the young adult.
Education
Ms. Robinson holds a Masters in Educational Psychology from University of Florida and additional course work in Instructional Technology at Georgia State University. She is active in several professional groups and served as committee co-chair and presenter for the American Society for Training and Development and the International Society for Performance and Instruction.
