Biography
Claudia Clements has been a successful independent writer, trainer and public relations professional for 27+ years working with organizations including but not limited to Deloitte & Touche, Chick-fil-A, the Hinman Dental Society, White House Conference on Families, U.S. Small Business Administration and American Correctional Association as well as other high tech, health care, business-to-business, engineering, equipment, non-profit, association, food service and consumer products companies. In these capacities, she has generated all forms of written communications from manuals to proposals, media kits/releases, articles, publications, speeches, video scripts, coffee table books, newsletters and award-winning quarterly scientific journals and annual directories. When teaching writing skills in the business environment, Claudia works from the basics forward, teaching participants to use the written word to build relationships with internal and external audiences. She makes clients comfortable and effective within the style and verbiage essential to their particular industry and helps instill confidence through written templates that can be applied to a variety of writing situations.
