Donna Wolff
senior lease administrator
Biography
Donna has over 21 years experience transacting office, retail and corporate real estate leases, working for both landlord and tenant oriented firms. Her experience includes working 9 years as a corporate real estate manager at Equifax, Inc. with responsibilities for site selection, lease negotiations, space design and interior tenant construction for branch offices nationwide. She currently works as the senior lease administrator for Atlanta-based Ronus Properties, a firm that owns and manages shopping centers and office buildings in several cities nationwide. She is very energetic and personable, and provides an extremely informative, never boring class. Her class is perfectly tailored for businesses looking to lease office, retail or restaurant space either for the very first time or those looking to renew their leases under more favorable terms. It’s also geared to property owners seeking additional knowledge about complex lease, tenant and construction issues and how to generate better leases that are more to an owner’s advantage. The class also teaches service providers (attorneys, real estate agents, appraisers, contractors, etc.) terminology and concepts which will help them better understand and service their clients. Donna holds a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and a Georgia real estate license, and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) retail real estate organization.
