Biography
Bobby is a managing partner of The Performance Practice, LLC., a management consulting and training firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, whose specialty for the last 7 years has been improving business results through people. Bobby's work history includes 26 years with AT&T in a sales management and education leadership capacity. He has over 25 years of experience in performance consulting and training including twelve years serving as Regional Director of The AT&T School of Business. Bobby had done extensive research in organizational improvement practices and has developed a series of productivity tools designed to increase workgroup performance and leadership effectiveness. In addition, because of his varied leadership background, Bobby provides individual, personal coaching to leaders in a number of companies. Bobby's accomplishments include the creation and delivery of numerous, successful leadership and management programs, coaching seminars and motivational workshops currently utilized by various firms and organizations. Bobby also provides guidance and design assistance in the areas of performance management systems, performance improvement plans and sales compensation plans.
Education
Bobby is a graduate of AT&T's Leadership Development Program and The Executive Program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He has worked with The Harvard Business School of Publishing and The Wharton School of Business in the design and delivery of Leadership and Management Programs.
