Instructor expertise

Instructors for this program are Six Sigma Black Belts with demonstrated teaching abilities, superior knowledge of the subject matter, and years of industry experience. We require both depth and breadth of project management experience from our instructors. Our lead instructor has demonstrated this level of experience, leading Six Sigma initiatives across several areas, including Product Development, Sales, Fulfillment, Installation, Customer Support, and Billing. Real-world skills

Our classes are packed with applied exercises and real-world case studies to improve your learning experience. A portion class time is spent developing an improvement project based on your own real or simulated business challenge.
